I follow the Standard of Practice of InterNACHI; The professional organization to which I belong. By following these Standards, it ensures that I inspect all Properties the same each and every time. My computer generated report is organized to follow these same guidelines as I complete my inspection.

The inspection on average takes 3 to 4 hours, depending on conditions. It is not mandatory that you be present, but I recommend that you do to see and ask any questions you may have. Many clients choose to come by just before the conclusion of the inspection to see if there are any concerns. If you cannot attend, please read over your inspection completely and if you have questions please call.
